Two pieces of advice before uploading.

  1. Check the quality and correctness of your image before uploading.

  2. Use the search tool if you are unsure that the image does not already exist in the library.

You will not be able to replace an image once it is uploaded; you can only archive it which adds administrative time to keep your image library clean.

Uploading images is easily accomplished in 3 steps.

Step 1

You start by either dragging an image into the box above or by clicking in the box. If you click in the box, you will be presented with a file dialog to find your image. Once an image is selected, you will see a thumbnail of the image replace the upload box.

If you choose, you click the link to Pick a different image and repeat the selection process pick a new image.

Step 2

Next you'll want to add a descriptive name for the image. This name is for your reference and is not meant to look like a filename. We will show you a warning if a similar name has already been used.

Then add some tags for the image. This will make it much easier to find your image again using the search tool. We suggest that you reuse tags whenever possible and we will show you matching tags that already exist as you type to help you out.

Step 3

Hit the upload button. Once the image is uploaded, you'll be forwarded to the image details screen. From there you will be able to change the name, tags, archive status, see the image's history of use in email messages and, in supported browsers, a button to copy the image's URL to your clipboard.
