Details
1. Event participant field expansion
We’ve added IQ_Activity_Section as a new object and attach the Section selection to the IQ_Activity_Participant record when appropriate.
2. Event participant survey responses
For those of you who use AlumnIQ’s post-event survey utilities, we now push:
- npsCalculated
- npsPromoters
- npsPassives
- npsDetractors
per IQ_Event
We also are attaching:
- npsReponse (the score)
- npsNarrative (the free text)
to each responding IQ_Event_Participant where appropriate.
3. Mail Module Summary Data
The simplest description of this data is “the contents of the basic peformance report”. The more thorough one would also note:
IQ_Mail_Messageis a new object- Subscription categories, Categories, Subcategories, and Tags are loaded and associated as proper references
- Linked Events are associated as proper references to
IQ_Eventobjects for easy bidirectional navigation
What this does not do in this release is push individual recipient data including: attempted, opened, clicked, bounced, and/or unsubscribed data. We will address those (very large) payloads in a future release.
4. Omni Gift data
The omni gift payload is a rollup summary of all gift-related transactional activity across all AlumnIQ services including everyday events, signature events, our giving module, and our membership module. This transactional data is suitable for reconciliation, booking, and acknowledgement purposes as it only contains paid data for which you have a transaction to tie out against.
This omni gift payload is the same shape and content as the on-demand report retrievable from System > Reports > Omni Gift Report as well as via the API.
But even better: you can link directly from any donor who happens to be an event participant to the corresponding event participant record in AlumnIQ Sync – and similarly, see the gift (if any) on the IQ_Event_Participant record too!
