The Four Horsemen

1. Inclusion - whether a person is eligible to be listed in the directory
2. Access - whether a person is permitted to search the directory
3. Contactable - whether a person should be configured to receive messages sent via the directory
4. Can Contact - whether a person should be permitted to send messages through the directory

All four of these are set within your data warehouse feed to AlumnIQ - we do not discern, direct, set, nor override any of them.

This ensures control resides on campus where it belongs.
